小龍包、上海ガニ…。各地のうまいものを満喫

Xiaolongbao, Shanghai Crab ... perfectly pleased with the various dishes

・２度目のアジアツアー、お疲れさまでした！今振り返ってみて、始まる前は、どういう心境だった？

Congratulations on finishing your 2nd Asia Tour! Looking back on it now, what were your feelings right before started?

櫻井：不安はなかったよね。アジアツアーは２度目だし。
松本：不安とは少し違うけど、上海では行ってみたいとわからないこともあったからね。どうなるんだろ？って思いながらやってたところはあったよ。
相葉：まず、コンサートができたってことがうれしかったよね。アジアツアーで行く場所がもう１カ所増えたっていうのが、すごくうれしかった！
二宮：上海は初めてだったけど、楽しかったよね。
相葉＆松本＆大野：俺も初めて。

Sakurai : We weren't really too worried since it was our 2nd time around.
Matsumoto : It's a little different from worrying, we weren't sure if we should try going for Shanghai. There were times when I wondered how it would go.
Aiba : Well first of all, we're just happy that we could have a concert there. Being able to add another place to our list of concerts in Asia was a really happy day!
Ninomiya : That was the first time I'd been to Shanghai, but I had lots of fun.
Aiba & Matsumoto & Ohno : Me too.

櫻井：俺、３、４年ぐらい前にプライベートで行ったときは、街歩いてもまったく気付かれなかったよ。人力の三輪車乗って観光もしたし。
相葉：超楽しんでる（笑）。
二宮：そりゃ観光だもん。楽しむよね。
相葉：展望台は行ったの？
櫻井：あのころは、まだ昔のタワーしかなかったよ。新しい超高層ビルはできたばかりだから。新天地っていうちょっとオシャレな街を、友だちと尾崎豊を歌いながら歩いてた（笑）。今回は、いわゆる観光スポットには行かれなくて、ちょっとごはん食べに出たぐらいだったから、街の雰囲気を感じる瞬間はあんまりなかったね。最終日は、相葉くんとニノとマッサージに行ったよ。
二宮：初日にテレビ塔を見たぐらい？

Sakurai : Back when I came here about 3 or 4 years ago on vacation I could walk around town without anyone really noticing me at all. I even took a sightseeing trip on one of those pulled wagons.
Aiba : You seem to be enjoying yourself a lot. (laughs)
Ninomiya : Well that's sightseeing for you. It lets you enjoy yourself, right?
Aiba : Did you go to the viewing platform?
Sakurai : Back then it was still nothing but old towers. The new super expensive buildings had only just finished being built. I was in the town Xintiandi, a sort of popular place, walking along singing Ozaki Yutaka stuff with a friend. (laughs) This time I couldn't go to the so-called tourist spot, and just got out only to eat, so I wasn't really able to feel the city as much as last time. On our last day, I went with Aiba and Nino for a massage.
Ninomiya : Like only seeing a tv tower on the first day?

相葉：上海は、建物が思ってた以上にすげーキレイだったなあ。
大野：移動中に車の中からちょっと見たけど、なんだかセットみたいだった。
櫻井：わかる、わかる。
大野：なんて言えばいいんだろ。日本にない雰囲気の建物がいっぱいあったよ。映画のセットみたいっていうか。台北ともソウルとも全然違ったね。
櫻井：あとは上海ガニ、すげー食った。
二宮：メシのたびに出てたもん。
相葉：超うまかったね！

Aiba : The buildings in Shanghai were even more beautiful than I'd imagined.
Ohno : I saw a little from inside the car while we were out and about, but it was almost like some kind of stage set.
Sakurai : Oh I can see that.
Ohno : How should I put it. There were so many buildings that the likes of have never been seen in Japan. Almost like some kind of movie set. It was completely different from both Taipei and Seoul.
Sakurai : And then there was Shanghai crab, it was sooo good.
Ninomiya : It was an journey of food you know.
Aiba : Super good!

櫻井：松潤が、いちばん食ってたね。最終日に行った店でも松潤が上海ガニ頼んだんだよ。で、２ハイぐらいたべて、満足してて、俺も２ハイ食ったの。で、お店の人がむいてくれるんだけど、「櫻井さん、むきます」ってどんどんむいてくれて、もう腹いっぱいだったのに、松潤が頼んだ上海ガニの残りを必死に食ってたよ。結局４ハイぐらい食ったなあ…。
松本：すげーうまかった！
二宮：だって、日本に帰ってきてからも食ったんでしょ？
松本：昨日、食いに行ったよ。
櫻井：いい出会いだったね（笑）。

Sakurai : MatsuJun ate the most out of all of us. Even at the place we went to on the last day, MatsuJun ordered the crab. Then after he'd had 2 he was satisfied, so I ate 2 of them too. The store workers were looking towards us, and starting looking even more intently, so even though I was already full, I desperately ate the rest of the crab that was left over from what MatsuJun ordered. In the end, I had around 4 of them...
Matsumoto : They were sooo good!
Ninomiya : Well, you had some after we got back to Japan too, right?
Matsumoto : I went out for some yesterday.
Sakurai : It was a nice enounter. (laughs)

・１１月３日のデビュー記念日は、みんなで乾杯したって聞いたんだけど…。

I heard that you all had drinks together on your anniversary, November 3rd...

二宮：あれは十年目に入るってときで、ソウルにいたから、みんなでお祝いしたんだよね。
櫻井：コンサートがなかったら、５人いっしょにいないじゃん。５人そろってるんだから、お祝いしようかって、シャンパンとケーキで。
松本：ごく当然の流れだよね。
大野：豪華なケーキだったな。
櫻井：お祝いした後に、じゃあ、この流れで、ごはんでも行くぜって話しになって出かけたんだけど、相葉くんと大野くんが、すでに充電切れで（笑）。
相葉：超眠かったね！

Ninomiya : That was when we entered into our 10th year. We were in Seoul at that time, so we all celebrated together.
Sakurai : If we hadn't had a concert, we probably wouldn't have all been there. Because we were all together, we decided to celebrate a little with champagne and dessert.
Matsumoto : It was a natural chain of events.
Ohno : They were such exquisite desserts.
Sakurai : After the celebration, we were going to go out and get something to eat to keep the mood going, but Aiba and Ohno kind of went their own way. (laughs)
Aiba : We were super tired!

大野：うん！
二宮：「超ねむかったね！」じゃないよ。
相葉：（笑顔で）激ねむでした。
二宮：度合いを聞いてるんじゃないよ。
櫻井：でもさ、お店に行ったら行ったで食ってたよね？
相葉：そうだね。おいしかった。俺がいちばん食ってたかも（笑）。
大野：ケジャン（カニのキムチ）とか超うまかった！辛かったけど…。

Ohno : Yeah!
Ninomiya : "Super tired!" my ass.
Aiba : (smiling) I was deathly tired.
Ninomiya : I wasn't asking for the extent of it.
Sakurai : But, if you went somewhere, you ate right?
Aiba : Yeah. It was good. I probably was the one who ate the most. (laughs)
Ohno : Kejan (crab Kimchi) was amazingly good! Although rather spicy....

櫻井：眠そうな顔して、食ってたねー。メシは満喫したよね。
相葉：どの街もね！台北では小龍包ばっか食ってたし。
櫻井：台北で最初に行った小龍包の店が２年前も行ったところで、店員さんが「久しぶり」みたいな空気出してた。
松本：”また来たの？覚えてるよ”みたいなね。

Sakurai : You were eating with such a sleepy face. The food was just right tho.
Aiba : No matter where we were! When we were in Taipei I had nothing but Xiaolongbao.
Sakurai : The place we went when we first got to Taipei, I had been there before about 2 years ago. It seemed like the store owner remembered me slightly
Matsumoto : Yeah, like 'Oh its you again. I remember you.'

上海最終日は、後輩との絆を深めた！

On the last day in Shanghai, they deepened their friendship with a younger group!

・滞在先のホテルでは、どんなふうに過ごしてたの？

How did you spend your time when you were at the hotel?

二宮：上海では、リーダーとふたりでメシ食ったね。
松本：伝説の”ワンヌードル”？
櫻井：「ワンヌードル　ワンプリーズ」が通じなかったんだっけ？
二宮：「ワンヌードル、プリーズ」です。で、途中で「何言ってるかわかんないっすけど」って、答えた。
櫻井：日本語で？（笑）
大野：で、皿だけ来ちゃった。
相葉：あはは。なんで皿って解釈されちゃったんだろうね。
大野：外国語は難しいよね。

Ninomiya : Leader and I had dinner together in Shanghai.
Matsumoto : The legendary "one noodle"?
Sakurai : Your "One noodle, one please" wasn't understood, right?
Ninomiya : It was "One noodle please". They answered midway through, "I'm not too sure what you're saying though..."
Sakurai : In japanese? (laughs)
Ohno : Then they only brought up a plate.
Aiba : Hahaha. Why just a plate? Surely they could figure it out.
Ohno : Foreign languages are rough.

相葉：でも、事件ってそれぐらいじゃない？俺も部屋にひとりでいたよ。
松本：最後の日に、A.B.C.とキスマイとホテルの一室に集まったよ。翔くん、ニノ、相葉ちゃんの３人がマッサージ行って、俺は行きたくなかったから、みんなで集まってしゃべってて。で、帰ってきた３人がちょっと合流して。
櫻井：マッサージ終わって帰ってきたら、松潤が彼らの、ど真ん中に座ってるわけ。で、盛り上がってるなあと思ったら、松潤の「おい、参加しろよー」みたいな声が（笑）。俺は、そそくさと自分の部屋に逃げ込んだ。
二宮：翔ちゃんがいちばん前を歩いてて、２番目が俺、３番目が相葉くんだったの。で、翔くんと目が合ったときに、なんか言われるなと思ったら、「おい、みんなも来いよー」って。

Aiba : But that was the end of it right? I was alone in my room too.
Matsumoto : On the last day I got together with ABC and Kiss My in the hotel. Sho, Nino, and Aiba went to get a massage, and I didn't really want to go, so I got together and talked with everyone. Then I met up with the 3 of them again.
Sakurai : After we got back from the massage, MatsuJun was sitting right in the middle of everyone. And just when I was thinking 'Oh they're having fun', MatsuJun's 'Hey, come join us' came at me. (laughs) I rushed off and closed myself in my room.
Ninomiya : Sho was the first of our line coming back, I was 2nd and Aiba was 3rd. So when I met eyes with Sho, just as I was thinking that it looked like he heard something, I heard a 'Hey, everyone come on'.

相葉：楽しかったよね。ふだん、全然会わないメシバーが多かったから。
松本：A.B.C.もキスマイも、俺らのバックについたことがないから全然知らなかったけど、楽しかったよ。
相葉：いいキャラのコが多いよね。
櫻井：部屋戻ったら廊下から「（二階堂の）ニッカちゃんだよ」って声が聞こえてきて、うるせーなあって（笑）。
相葉：あははは。
二宮：「お前、誰だよ？」「ニッカちゃんだよ」っていうのを、繰り返し聞かされてた（笑）。
相葉：あいつ、若いんだよな。
松本：１８って言ってた。

Aiba : It was fun. There were a lot of them that I don't ever get to see normally.
Matsumoto : The members of ABC and Kiss My have never done background dancing for us, so we didn't know them at all, but it was still fun.
Aiba : There were a lot of fun guys.
Sakurai : When I got back to my room I heard a voice from the hall, "It's Nikka." [ probably Nikaidou Takashi ] I was like 'ughh, shut up'. (laughs)
Aiba: Hahaha
Ninomiya : When he asked "Who are you?", he got the same "Nikka." in response. (laughs)
Aiba : He was young, wasn't he?
Matsumoto : He said he was 18.

大野：（ぼそっと）１０コ違う…（この日は、ちょうど大野の２８才の誕生日）。
二宮：そっかー。１０コも違うんだ、ニッカちゃんと。
松本：うはははは。
櫻井：ひと世代違うよ。けっこう話合わないんじゃない？
大野：何しゃべっていいかわかんない。
二宮：向こうもそうだと思うけどね。
松本：俺も、振り付け師の人がいたから普通に話してたけど、最初は少人数だったからしゃべることなくて、戸塚「「はなまるマーケット」で何やってんの？」とか聞いてた（笑）。リハーサルに、ひとりだけ参加できない日があったから。

Ohno : (half whispering) 10 years difference... (This day just happened to be Ohno's 28th birthday.)
Ninomiya : That's right. You're 10 years older than Nikka.
Matsumoto : Hahaha
Sakurai : A different generation. Could you guys even talk to each other?
Ohno : I don't really know what to talk about.
Ninomiya : He probably feels the same way though.
Matsumoto : Me too. The choreographer was there, so I was talking to him like normal, but at first there weren't that many people there, so we not so much conversing, I asked stuff like "what do you do on 'Hanamaru market'? and such. (laughs) Because there was one day where I couldn't participate in the rehearsal.

１０周年の嵐の野望は、公演しながら全国一周?!

10 year old Arashi's ambition, to visit the whole country while touring?!

・現地の言葉で歌ったりあいさつしたりして、苦労したことはあった？

Did you ever have any difficulties with singing and greeting people in their native languages?

櫻井：１６小節北京語で歌って、途中から韓国語が出てきそうになったことがあったよ。ない？
二宮：マジで？俺は、ない。へー、いろいろあるんだなあ。
松本：韓国語が難しかったんだよね。
櫻井：あ、そう？
二宮：俺は逆だったなー。
松本：北京語は、覚えちゃうと抜けないよね。韓国語は、すげー難しかった。俺、漢字でも覚えてたから、なんとなく出てくるのね。でもハングルは、カタカナでしかおぼえてないから、抜けちゃうと出てこないの。
櫻井：ああ。覚え方の違いだ。
相葉：俺は上海語が通じなかった…。上海語で「楽しんでる？」って言ったのに、全然リアクションがなかったから、寂しかったね。
二宮：一生懸命覚えたのに伝わらないって、そんな悲しいことはないよね。

Sakurai : We sang 16 bars of a song in Mandarin Chinese, but there were times when I almost sang out the Korean instead. Haven't you guys?
Ninomiya : Really? Not for me. Hmm... I guess everyones different.
Matsumoto : Korean was difficult, you know?
Sakurai : Oh, really?
Ninomiya : I was the opposite.
Matsumoto : I could remember Mandarin once I got it down once. Korean was extremely difficult. I was remembering chinese through the kanji, so I could remember it somewhat. But I had to remember Hangul (korean script) just through Katakana, so I was lost if I forgot something.
Sakurai : Ah, we studied differently
Aiba : I just couldn't get across what I wanted to say in Shanghai... Even when I'd ask if they're having fun, I wouldn't get any reaction at all.. It was rather lonely.
Ninomiya : There's really nothing more upsetting than when you've worked as hard as you can to remember something, and then to not even be able to get anything through.

・１０年目に入ったけど、これからの嵐としての野望を教えて！

Already in the 10th year, but please tell us what to expect in the future!

櫻井：上海は”アジアツアー最後の公演”ってことで思ったけど、日本のツアーの最終日も、全国から集まってきてくれたりするじゃん。それがアジア規模っていうか、韓国から来たコもいれば香港から来たコもいれば、「アメリカから来ました」みたいなウチワを持ってるコもいれば。
松本：シンガポールとか、タイとかね。
櫻井：集まってくる規模がすげえよな。
松本：海外旅行だからね。
櫻井：だから、もっとほかの国でもコンサートをやってみたいね。
大野：０８年は１年間ライブやってた感じだから、０９年もやっていきたいね。国内でも海外でも、まだ行ったことのないところに行きたいな。海外は３カ所行ったけど、最終日はアジア規模っていうか、韓国から来たコもいて…。
櫻井：おい、コメント泥棒!!俺のコメントなかったことにすんなよっ（笑）。

Sakurai : I concidered Shanghai as the last of our Asia tour, so just like in Japan, people from the whole country will come, right? So kinda like a scope of all of Asia. There were girls from Korea and Hong Kong, and an uchiwa that said something like "I came from America".
Matsumoto : Singapore and Thailand, too.
Sakurai : The range of different places was amazing.
Matsumoto : They all had to travel overseas.
Sakurai : That's why I'd like to try doing concerts in other countries too.
Ohno : It feels like we had concerts all through 2008, and I'd like 2009 to be the same. Whether it be in Japan or overseas, I'd like to go to some new places we've never been before. We've been to 3 places overseas now, but treating the last day in Asia as a scope of it all, even people from Korea came...
Sakurai : Hey, comment theif !! Don't just write over my comment like that. (laughs)

大野：…えっと、あと、「モンゴルにも来てください」ってウチワがあった！
二宮：あった！２度目のアジアツアーも楽しくて、ライブがこんなに楽しいんだっていうのを、改めて実感した。
松本：レギュラー番組とか前倒しで収録しといて、６日間連チャンで車で移動しながらツアーっていうのを、やりたいね。夜はライブやるけど、昼間はその土地で遊んでさ。
相葉：それ、最高に楽しいだろうね!
松本：ライブの後に、そのまま移動して泊まって。超楽しそうじゃない？暇だったらビデオ回して、その映像をMCで流して。また次の場所行って、メシ食って、寝て。
相葉：遊んで！（笑）ま、１０年目だからってわけじゃないけど、まだ誰もやってないことができたらいいよねっ。

Ohno : ..uh... and then there was even one uchiwa that said 'please come play in Mongolia too'!
Ninomiya : There was! This was our 2nd time around at an asian tour, and I realized all over again just how fun live concerts can be.
Matsumoto : I'd love to just tape all our normal shows in advance, and go on the road for 6 days just driving around. We'd to concerts at night, but during the day we'd just get to have fun in that area together.
Aiba : That'd be so fun!
Matsumoto : After the concert we'd just stay wherever. Doesn't it sound super fun? If we had a free day, we could just record the day on video and show it at the MC later. Then go to the next place, eat food, sleep.
Aiba : Play! (laughs) Well, it's not just because this is our 10th year, it'd just be fun to do something that no one's done before.
