9.11事件を機に、社会情勢への興味が高まってた時にいただいた仕事だったから、オレにとっては一つの夢に近づくチャンス。1年半たった今も、日々発言の重みの実感。キャスターの仕事に慣れることはないし、慣れちゃいけないと思ってる。報道の仕事を始めてから、嵐でいる時は逆に肩の力が抜けてきたかも(笑)
News Caster
I received this job offer when i was just getting interested in world affairs because of 9/11, so this was a chance for me to get one step closer to reaching my dreams. Even now after 1 and a half years, I still feel the importance of it. I'm still not used to my news caster job and i dont think i want to get used to it. Since i started my job there, I think i might be falling in rank within Arashi. (laughs)

幹事キャラ
仕事でもプライベートでも中間との時間は大切にしてるし、まとめ役も好き。この間、長いつき合いの友達からの指名でついに結婚式の2次会の幹事を任されて。大変だったけど、やりがいも満点! プロポーズの言葉を手紙にするていう演出をしたんだけど、突然仕事が入って当日は見られなかったんだよね…。

ラップの歌詞を書く上では、ここ2年でのちょっとした変化がうれしかったな。前は、例えば「嵐」と「私」みたいに "単語単位" で韻を踏んでたんだけど、最近は、「想像」みたいに "文字単位" で踏めるようになってきた。「Step and Go」は、自分の大学卒業時の気持ちを振り返って書いたんだ。

I'm really happy with the changes i've made in writing my lyrics over the past two years. Before I would just focus on single words like "Arashi" or "Me", but lately i've begun using a more "imagination" type style. For "Step and Go", I was reminescing on when i had graduating from college and my feelings at the time.
