i know there are so many translations already but i had so much fun working on it XD It's like he's living out our fangirl dreams of talking to Oh-chan :D I gave Chinen Nino's orange color since they're rivals for Ohno's love lol XD

(side note: in one of my favorite manga Hot Gimmick the main character calls her lil sis akane-chin all the time.. so i'm playing off that with Oh-chin. obviously a play on both of their names.. but its like a super cute version of chan x3)

今日は大野くんに会えるので、去年の「FNS歌謡祭」で歌ったときより緊張しちゃってるんです。超ドキドキです。
今日会ったら、くすぐってやろうと思ったんだ(笑)。
そんなことされたら、もっと緊張しちゃいます(笑)。
この対談を期に親しみをこめて侑李って呼ぼうかな。そのかわり、俺を智と呼べ(笑)!
え、ええ～っ!(絶句)。そ、それは… …。やっぱり大野くんと呼ばせてください。
初対面って、嵐の名古屋コンサートのときだっけ？
僕が小4ぐらいのときに親と楽屋を訪ねたんです。
あのときはカワイかった。しばらく経って会ったら、顔がもっとカワイくなってたよ。
……(赤くなって)。超超ありがとうございます。嵐の歌みたいですけど(笑)。
去年の嵐の横浜アリーナ公演にも来てくれたでしょ？
僕、大野くんが投げてくれたサイン色紙をキャッチしたんですよ。宝物なので、今でもちゃんと飾ってあります!
あのとき楽屋で「静岡から来たの？」って、初めて会話したような気がするんだけど。
そうです、そうです。で、今は東京にいますって答えたんだけど、「昔はすっごく小さかったよ ね」って言われたんですよ。
そうそう(笑)。でも、知念くんはすごくしっかりしてるよね。ところで今、何年生になったんだっけ？
中学3年生になりました。年齢は早く重ねてるって感じるんですけど、背が追いつかないんです(笑)。早く大野くんぐらいになりたいんですけど。
もしかしたら'93年生まれかな？俺が事務所に入った前の年に生まれたんだね。
大野くん、 くわしいです。
よく雑誌とか見てるしさ。誕生日も近いよね。
はい! 同じ11月で、4日違いなんです。なんだか運命的なものを感じます(笑)。

Being able to meet Ohno-kun today makes me much more nervous than when i sang at the FNS Song Festival last year. I'm so flustered.
I was thinking of tickling you when we met today. (laughs)
Doing that would just make me more nervous. (laughs)
To make this conversation more affectionate, how about i call you Yuuri. And in exchange, you call me Satoshi! (laughs)
Eh... Eehh~ ! (speechless) Th.. that's... please just let me call you Ohno-kun.
Was the first time we met at Arashi's Nagoya concerts?
When i was in around 4th grade i visited your dressing room with my parents.
You were cute back then. After not having met for awhile, you've gotten a lot cuter.
...... (blushing). Thank you SO SO much. Even though it sounds like an Arashi song. (laughs)
You came to our concert at Yokohama Arena last year didnt you?
I caught the designed sign board you tossed out. Since its my treasure, I still admire it even today.
The "did you come from Shizuoka?" in the dressing room seems like the first time we actually spoke to each other.
Thats true, thats true. I answered that i was in Tokyo right now, but you replied with "you used to be really tiny, ne".
Yea, yea. (laughs) But youre really working hard Chinen. By the way, what year are you in school now?
I'm in my 3rd year of middle school now. I feel like i just want to hurry up and grow up, but my height is lagging behind. (laughs) I want to hurry up and become more like Ohno's size.
Weren't you born in 93? You were born before i joined the company, ne.
Ohno-kun, you're so knowledgeable.
I read magazines a lot. Our birthdays are close to each other too, ne.
Yes! Both in November, only 4 days apart. Somehow it seems like some sort of fate. (laughs)

僕と山ちゃん釣りは3人で

じゃ、突然だけど俺からの質問タイム。いちばん好きな食べ物は？
お母さんが作ってくれるギョーザ。おいしいんですよ。
俺はラーメンが好きなんだよ。舞台のときは、消化がいいうどんを食べるんだけどね。
僕もみそラーメンが好きなんです。うどんも大好きです。
趣味は？
アクロバットです。宙返りをやったり、誰かがすごい技をやってるのをマネしてみたり。大野くんの趣味は、絵とフィギュア制作と、釣りなんですよね!
今は釣りのことばっかり考えてるよ(笑)。そういえば、JUMPの山田くんって釣り好きなんでしょ？
そうなんです。だから山ちゃんに釣りを教えてもらってから、大野くんに連れて行ってもらえたらいいなって(笑)。大野くんとふたりだと緊張するから、最初は3人がいいなぁ。
釣りならOK。でも海にドボンって落ちんなよ!(笑)。
いや、落ちるかもしれません(笑)。落ちたら、大野くんの釣りざおにつかまって戻ってきます。
俺が、腰ひもでつないだ命綱で守ってやるから大丈夫。
それじゃ、ふたりとも落ちちゃいますよ(笑)。
夏になったら、シイラとかカツオ釣りが楽しいだろうな。
カツオ？そんなに大きいのが釣れちゃうんですか？
知念くんは、逆に釣られちゃいそう(笑)。いっしょにメシを食いに行くのもいいな。
大野くんが釣ってきた魚を食べるのもいいですよね。山ちゃんは料理が得意だから、魚をさばいてもらおうかな。
また山田くんだ(笑)。
どうしても緊張しちゃうんで、最初は……すみません。

Well even though its all of a sudden, it's time for questions from me! What's your favorite food?
The gyoza my mom makes. It's so good.
I like ramen. But when i'm doing plays i eat easily digestable udon.
I also like miso ramen. I love udon too.
Any hobbies?
Acrobatics. Doing stuff like somersaults or trying to mimic something really skilled someone else did. Ohno's hobbies are making pictures and figures, and fishing, right?
Right now all i think of is fishing. (laughs) Speaking of that, doesnt Yamada-kun in JUMP like fishing?
Yea he does. So after i have Yama-chan teach me how to fish, I was thinking it'd be fun if i could go with you. (laughs) I'd get nervous if we were alone together, so itd be best if we went as 3 people at first.
As long as its fishing, okay. But dont fall in! (laughs)
Ah, I just might fall in. (laughs) If I do I"ll just grab your fishing pole and pull myself back up.
I'll protect you with a lifeline attached to my waist, dont worry.
If thats the case we'll both fall in. (laughs)
When summer comes, mahi-mahi or skipjack tuna fishing would probably be fun.
Tuna? You can fish up that big of a fish?
Chinen-kun, you seem like you could be fished up. (laughs) Going out to eat together would be ok too.
Eating the fish that you caught would be nice too, ne. Yama-chan is good at cooking, so maybe we could have him judge the fish for us.
Again with Yamada-kun. (laughs)
No matter what i'll be nervous, so at first... sorry.

俺が憧れってうれしいけど
I'm happy to be admired but..

ところで、俺に憧れてくれてるみたいだけど… …何で？
踊りも歌もうまいからです。嵐がデビューしたときからず～っと憧れだったんです。嵐のデビューCDも持ってるし、コンサートで大野くんがソロで歌った「トップシークレット」っていう曲が大好きなんです。
それはすごくうれしいけど… …もっとうまい人はたくさんいるのになぁ。でも、知念くんのターンはホントにすごいよ。嵐のドーム公演のリハのとき客席から見てたんだけど「何回転するの？」って思ったもん。
ターンには自信があります!最高で9回ぐらい回ったんですよ。TOKIOの松岡くんにもほめてもらいました。

By the way, it seems that you admire me.. but why?
Because youre so good at dancing and singing. I've admired you the whoooole time ever since Arashi first debuted. I also have Arashi's debut cd and I love your solo song Top Secret you did at concerts.
That makes me really happy... but there are a lot more talented people than me out there. But your spinning is really amazing. When we were rehearsing for Arashi's dome performance i was watching from the audience seating area thinking "how many times did he just go around?".
I have confidence in my spins! The most i ever did was about 9 times around. Matsuoka-kun from TOKIO also praised them.

舞台で共演も楽しそうだね
It seems like it'd be fun to do a play together, doesnt it?

もし仕事で共演するなら、どんなことやってみたい？
「嵐の宿題くん」にも出てみたいです。以前に「ゲストが飛び出す箱のなかに入ってるのはHey!Say!JUMPじゃない？」って嵐のみんなが言ってるのを見たので、一度ホントに入りたいです(笑)。
いっしょにちゃんと仕事したことってまだないもんね。共演するんだったら… …俺は舞台がいいな。例えば旅をする設定とか。それで変な場所に迷いこんで、穴に落ちちあうんだよ。そこからは、穴のなかでずっとふたり芝居。
それって、今考えたんですか？すごい! 楽しそうですね! でも、僕は舞台の経験がまだ1回しかないんで、ちょっと心配です。でも、もし大野くんと共演できる日が来たら、がんばります!
知念くんは今でもじゅうぶんがんばってるよ。だから、たまにはお互いに息抜きしよう。
最後にお願いがあるんです……大野くん、僕のフィギューアを作ってください! あと、釣りにも連れて行ってください!
うん。 ま、楽しみにしててね(笑)。

If we could do something together work related, what would you want to try your hand at?
I'd like to try appearing on "Arashi no Shukudai-kun". Previously i saw where Arashi asked "Isnt' having the guests inside the box and jumping out is just like 'Hey! Say! JUMP' ?", so just once i'd like to actually be in the box. (laughs)
We really havent had a chance to do some actual work together have we. If we're going to costar together... I think a play would be good. Like a travel story for instance. Lost in a strange place, and we fall into a hole. Then, we'd do the whole thing from inside the hole.
You thought of all that just now? Amazing! That seems fun, ne. But I dont really have experience with doing plays, I've only done one so i'm a little worried. But if the day comes when i can costar with Ohno-kun, I'll give it my all!
You're already putting in more than enough effort. So, lets both take it easy every now and then.
Lastly, I have a request of you... Ohno-kun, please make my figurine! Also, please take me fishing with you!
